RESET is a 2-hour Wellness workshop that teaches your company how they can reduce stress and its negative side effects on their health through basic daily activities. We will discuss:

  3. How does stress negatively effect our health.

  4. How does stress effect us in the workplace.

  5. How can Mindfulness be used to alleviate stress.

  6. How meeting leaders can conduct mindful meetings.

  7. How to use the S.T.O.P. Method (Stop what you are doing. Take a few deep breaths. Observe your feelings or the situation. Proceed) in the workplace to avoid drama and conflict.

  8. Learn the daily activities, practice them and learn how to apply them!

 
 

Our goal should NOT be, to be stress free. We simply cannot completely eliminate stressful situations from our lives. Our goal SHOULD be to manage our reaction levels to stress and learn how to alleviate its’ dangerous effect on our health.

Mindfulness teaches us how to be aware, in the present moment, of our emotions, thoughts, feelings and more. And learning the skill required to respond versus react, especially when you are trying to multitask is a game changer in intercommunication. Incorporating Mindfulness into meetings and giving action steps to reduce reactive communication transfers to less conflict in the work space.

By participating in this workshop you will learn about the importance of total body well being and how you can incorporate it in just 10 minutes a day:

  • 2 minute morning stretch and 1 minute morning intention setting

  • 2 minute midday at-the-desk body and mind reset

  • 1 minute frustration burn out

  • 3 minute end of the day physical decompress

  • 1 minute “letting go mentally” before bed
