  • Nope. Not at all. We understand everyone is busy. Our program is design for you to “do you” during the best time for your schedule, chart your 3 meals a day based off what hours you are awake. You will have the opportunity to chat and message everyone in the chat when you want. Or reach out to me via email whenever you have a question.

  • Naturally eating multiple times a day speeds up your metabolism and doing 4-5 days a week of cardio workouts will make you lose weight. But we do not focus on pounds, as they will fluctuate depending how much muscle you gain. We focus on how do you feel in your clothes, how do you feel in your body, what can your body do for you now that it couldn’t do a few weeks ago? That is how we measure success!

  • No worries, I’ve got plenty of beginner, quick and gentle at-home workouts you can do to start off. Low impact and easy on the knees and other joints. There’s something for everyone!

  • There are videos in the On-Demand library that are under 5 mins!

  • All of the videos are easy on the joints, low to no impact, light hearted and upbeat to keep you motivated. Do want you can and forget the rest!

  • I give simple tips that you can follow for numerous days until it becomes habit.

  • Don’t worry! I’ve got payment plan options for every service I offer.

  • I’ve created a space of community and accountability for us all. We can do anything in numbers. And with our weekly group checkin you wont feel alone in your triumphs or your struggles.

  • You will FEEL results within 3 days! But we don’t obsess over that because as with anything your results are going to fluctuate. We focus on creating the habits that will lead to you living your best possible life!
