    An 8 week program with weekly guided steps to get you from mediocre to feeling GREAT in your body! It’s a factory reset for your systems. Both physically and mentally.

  • Mindfulness Workshops

    Learn how your food choices and lack of exercise can contribute to the amount of mental and physical stress you experience and with simple Yoga poses, mindful practices, meditative breathing and more, you can manage its’ negative effect on your health.

  • P.E. On-Demand (K-12)

    Check out our PE On-Demand videos for home schooled students K-12. It’s a fun, dance cardio infused, muscle strengthen 20 min class that even the whole family can enjoy while getting the necessary amount of physical activity to promote a healthy body!
